      1. Garni Temple

      The pagan temple of Garní is the only example from the Hellenistic period. The temple was built according to the Armenian and Greco-Roman styles in the 1st century, according to the order of Tiridat I before Jesus Christ and was dedicated to Mihr, the God of the sun. After the adornment of Christianity, the temple was converted into a residence for kings. Nowadays there are some ruins of the palaces of the kings, as well as the bathroom of the kings with a red floor.
