“Noy” Factory – Alluria – Zvartnots

Wine as a mysterious drink has fascinated and captivated people since time immemorial. They say, there is more philosophy in a bottle of wine than in any other book in the world. Let’s get acquainted with that philosophy at “Noy” brandy factory.

Yerevan’s “Noy” Brandy Company is located in the area of ​​Erivan Fortress, built in the 16th century.

Here we will have an excursion and tasting. We will taste: brandy ranked 5* and 10*, wine made in 1944, chocolate, fruits.

We will continue our way to Armavir region, Zvartnots temple. Zvartnots is the upshot of a 7th century Armenian architectural thought and effort, still amazing with its assembly. Based on pillars, it remained standing until the 10th century.

Then we will visit Alluria factory, followed by an excursion and tasting of biodynamic wines.

The Machanyan family has remained faithful to the traditional methods of winemaking. The factory’s vineyards are located in Armavir region.

After returning to Yerevan, we will visit the Vernissage to complete the day with pleasant shopping. Here we can purchase not only paintings, but also Armenian duduks, icons, semi-precious stones, daggers, carpets, copper coffee-pots of the last century, coffee grinders, so you should come here for souvenirs.
